Why did we start using the “Insta Intra Directory”?
In August 2020, I launched a page on Instagram called the “Insta Intra Directory”.
In this article, I’d like to explain why I launched this account.
I’ve always been a fitness enthusiast, going to the gym about five times a week.Rather than patronizing a particular teacher, I used to take aerobics, step, Zumba, rhythmos, yoga, hula dance, etc. on a daily basis at a particular gym.
However, in 2020, due to Covid-19, the gym I used to go to 5 times a week was closed.
I couldn’t go to the gym I used to go to almost every day, and I felt as if I had been relegated to a world far away from fitness.
I had another hobby, traveling. I loved Southeast Asia in particular and would go there whenever I had time. However, with Covid-19, I could no longer travel as much as I loved.
I can’t do fitness. I can’t even travel.
The stress was building up day by day.
So I came up with the idea of introducing instructors who are on Instagram.
This way, I can have a connection with fitness, and if I can introduce instructors not only from Japan but also from overseas, I can have a connection with overseas. So, I thought I could kill two birds with one stone.

Give each person a serial number
There are a number of overseas Insta sites that repost accounts to introduce intra and choreography.
However, since the name of the site is “Insta Intra Directory,” I wanted to number the accounts properly and provide simple information such as the name and teaching category of the intra.
By numbering them, we can create a sense of unity.
I would ask each person’s permission to be listed.
The next important point that I am aware of is to get permission from each person.
Quoting photos without permission is a violation of copyright, and reposting them does not give the site a sense of unity.
For this reason, I have asked permission from each and every person in the directory.

The instructors are all active in various fitness fields around the world, so it might be a teacher you’ve taken a lesson with at a gym or studio, or one you’ve seen online or on Youtube.
You never know when a teacher you are familiar with will make an appearance.
When will the teacher you know appear on the show, and what genre will he or she be teaching?
Follow the instructors you feel comfortable with.

If you have a good feeling about an instructor you meet for the first time, why not follow that instructor?
If you tap on a photo on “Insta Intra Directroy,” you can jump to the instructor’s Instagram account and follow them from there.

Criteria for inclusion in the “Insta Intra Directory”
We occasionally receive inquiries from people asking if they would like to be listed in the “Insta Intra Directory,” so we have clearly stated the criteria for inclusion here.
However, please be aware that these criteria are the minimum, and that the administrator’s sense of vibrancy is the most important.
- The account is not private.
This is a prerequisite. - The category of instruction is listed in the profile section.
Some people are not sure if you are an instructor or a fan, and it is hard to talk to you. - Don’t just post announcements about your club, lessons, or products.
I want to know about the instructor’s personality and activities as an instructor.
- Videos and photos that match the instructional category.
I’d like to know about choreo videos for dance instructors and posing for yoga and weightlifting instructors. - No matter how many followers or followings you have.
Even if you have a double-digit number of followers, we will still ask you if you meet our requirements.
- You have opened or read our DMs.
We send our true identity via DM, so instructors who don’t see our DMs will never receive our invitations, even if we invite them. ・・・・
We also accept self-recommendations and other recommendations.
